Before fall starts, I thought I’d sneak in this refreshing breakfast powerbowl.
Coconut, strawberry, and banana are the stars in this one and they shine! What a yummy late-summer combo, and a perfect way to enjoy the last of the season’s strawberries.
It’s also super quick and easy — it was my go-to breakfast when we were moving a few weeks ago and our kitchen was packed up.
This dish is full of real-food nutrition. Clean eating at it’s finest – using only whole foods, unless you’d like to make it even quicker and use store-bought yogurt. Up to you!
And, just like all of my other recipes, this recipe is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free (also paleo, vegan, and vegetarian so it’s pretty perfect for everyone!) and I encourage you to customize it to include whatever works best for you.
