With the temps in the 90’s recently, I’ve been turning to frozen treats to keep me cool. From chocolate to apple pie to cookie dough to tropical, I’ve got your flavor combos covered! And, to make it easy for anyone with dietary restrictions, these recipes are all paleo, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
Frozen Chocolate Chip Mousse – I modified my crowd-favorite chocolate avocado mousse, froze it, and added some chocolate chips for a delectable no-bake chocolate dessert (or anytime spoonful).
Strawberry Coconut Chia Popsicles with Cashew Butter Drizzle – Sweet strawberries, coconut cream, and chia seeds come together with a drizzle of cashew (or other nut/seed butter) for a delicious dessert.
Apple Pie Ice Pops – Warmed almond butter, caramelized apple slices, cinnamon, and a creamy cashew base combine to make these out-of-this-world popsicles! These are from the Purely Pops Cookbook, and are one of my favorites.
Coconut Cacao Frosty – The trifecta of yum = coconut, chocolate, banana. A healthy take on the Wendy’s classic. YESSSS.
Tropical Soft Serve – Papaya, pineapple, mango, and coconut – can there be a more tropical combination? BONUS: I also include a fun reggae playlist!
Cookie Dough Ice Pops – Little chunks of cookie dough are sprinkled throughout these super creamy ice pops for a super yummy treat. These are also from the Purely Pops Cookbook, which I highly recommend!
