Hey friends, I know many of us are looking for some new snacks. I’m one of those eat-every-three-hours or I get hangry (hungry + angry) type of people, so I’m always on the lookout for ways I can fuel my body on the regular.
Healthy snacks should be easy to make and/or transport, and full of nutrients to give you a boost of energy and balance out blood sugars and other hormones. Couple that with needing to align with some dietary restrictions, and sometimes we’ve got to get creative.
I’ve come up with some go-to snacks whether I’m at home or on-the-go.
All of these ideas are gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo, and most can be modified to be vegan (if they aren’t already).
